MY ORDER INCLUDED MULTIPLE ITEMS.  WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

Sometimes when a customer purchases multiple items, we may need to utilize different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Some products are made to order by us and some are shipped from one of our trusted suppliers. Therefore, your items will be shipped separately.  It is possible to receive one before the next.  If you do not receive all items at once, be rest assure that you will eventually receive everything you purchased.

I ORDERED AN ITEM BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Please check your SPAM folder for the email. If you still don’t see anything, feel free to contact us and we will confirm if your order was processed.  

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?

Some products have longer shipping times than others, especially items that are made to order. We supply tracking number to our orders, so you should be able to follow along from there.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

In general, we do not offer a warranty on our products beyond our return/exchange period.  If it is beyond that period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly instead.
